* Pestilence tracking removed. In Mists of Pandaria, diseases spread by Pestilence do the same amount
of damage as diseases applied directly via Icy Touch, Plague Strike, etc.
* Former pestilence track now automatically tracks
- Weakened Blows (if Blood),
- Physical Vulnerability (if Frost or Unholy)
* Fixed a bug which caused DKIRunes to get into a bad state if runes were reset during Runic Empowerment while the player was dying.
