0.15.32 — Official dungeon and raid guidance

• Reviewed all nine new dungeon brackets against Blizzard's October 20 overview. Excavation Site now recommends 24–29; its earlier 26–31 beta range remains documented. Recommendation levels do not establish portal requirements.
• Added Dalaran's named Alliance/Horde attunement starters, the Drowned City's underwater approach and Shaper's Terrace crystal guidance. Quest prerequisites and exact portal coordinates remain unverified.
• Onyxia's reference now states that each raider must carry Drakefire Amulet in inventory; it can remain unequipped. This guidance does not infer player access.
• Added Barrow Deeps' eight bosses and entrance regions, Hyjal Summit's 13 bosses, and the three raids' announced December 9 opening and planned weekly resets.
