Plays a sound when you receive a whisper.

Plays a sound when you receive a whisper that is slightly louder and more easily identified while in game. It's throttled so you can only get one sound every ten seconds regardless of how many whispers you get during that time period. It works with both battle.net friend whispers and in-game Warcraft whispers.
