A lightweight workaround for Death Grip bugs affecting Death Knights in PvP.

What was changed:
- Replaced the previous manual SAFE/RISKY synchronization menu with a single direct reset action.
- The new reset is intentionally simple: If the Blood tracker becomes desynchronized and you see that your target is already immune to grip, simply Right-Click the frame to reset that target's Grip history.
