Auras that hold up in battlegrounds, enemy tooltips that stay up, crafted items in the loot feed and real costs at vendors.

Fixed

• Tooltip: An enemy's tooltip shows while the mouse is on it again
• QoL: The loot feed shows crafted items, and gold the moment you loot it
• Vendor: Items paid in items or currency show their real cost, and how many you hold
• Unit frames: Raid, party, target and player auras keep their size, timers and swipe in battlegrounds, and the dispel icon shows there
• Unit frames: Big battlegrounds no longer stall while the raid fills up
