Updated a couple failsafe's to prevent getting stuck in t2, added a party combat check. Removed the queued gear swap function.
This will also migrate everyone's required rage settings to on. If you don't want it on then turn it off manually, and it will stay off. However to prevent getting yourself stuck in t2, you really should have this setting on.
