Changes the icon of Penance to the icon of Dark Reprimand when Power of the Dark Side proccs.

Description
What it does
------------
When Power of the Dark Side empowers Penance, the Penance action-bar icon is
replaced with the old Dark Reprimand icon. When the proc is gone, normal
Penance returns.
Designed for WoW Retail 12.1.0 (Midnight / Curse of Ula'tek).
Install
-------
1. Put the folder "DarkReprimandIcon" into:
World of Warcraft\\_retail_\\Interface\\AddOns\\
2. Type /reload ingame
Commands
--------
/dri test Preview the Dark Reprimand icon without waiting for a proc.
/dri debug Print detection state to chat.
/dri on Enable the addon.
/dri off Disable the addon.
/dri strict Disable the 12.1 Penance-proc-glow fallback.
/dri fallback Re-enable the fallback (default).
Action bars

Supports Blizzard action bars and includes compatibility scanning for common
Bartender4, Dominos and ElvUI action buttons.
