Questie markers

• Fixed Questie markers showing an empty tooltip when the original world map has no matching hovered pin. DandyMap now shows available quest titles and objective progress while preserving Questie's own tooltips when available.

Pin loading

• Skip ordinary offscreen locations earlier when refreshing map pins, reducing unnecessary work while panning and zooming. Service groups, rare-location groups and original destinations are retained.
• Reuse unchanged NPC map-cell results across zoom changes instead of scanning the same cells again. Pin spacing and grouping still adjust to the current zoom.

Place-name filters

• Added separate Major Place Names and Lesser Place Names controls under Map Filters > Labels and Map Display > Labels. Existing profiles keep their previous label behavior until these controls are changed.
