Taunt casts

• Add an optional local feed for observed Warrior and Druid taunt-related casts. Show larger icons beside player and spell names, with a configurable row lifetime. Use the player's class icon when their public class is available. Enable Combat, then use /dandytaunts on or the Combat settings controls. Starts off.
• Keep private cast history grouped by your combat periods, with out-of-combat casts labeled separately and class/spell icons beside each entry. Open /dandytaunts history to review it. Feed and history can be enabled separately; /dandytaunts test shows unsaved sample rows.
• Track Taunt, Challenging Shout, Mocking Blow, Druid Growl and Challenging Roar when the client exposes their casts. Hunter-pet Growl is excluded. Missing or restricted cast data is skipped, so coverage can be incomplete. The feed does not identify an affected enemy or claim a hit, resist, immunity or taunt result.
• Move the feed by left-dragging its header outside combat. Right-click resets only its position. /dandytaunts clear confirm clears only this tool's private history. Settings travel with profiles; records and position remain private.
