⚠️ Important: Delete your existing DandersFrames folder before installing this update. Do not simply overwrite files. You can also fully uninstall and reinstall the addon - your profile settings will not be affected.
📋 Note for profile sharers: If you have previously shared an import string, it will still work but it's recommended to re-export your profile to take advantage of the new import/export improvements.
New Features
Click-Casting System
- Full click-casting support built directly into the addon
- Bind spells, macros, and actions to mouse buttons with modifier combinations
- Support for mouse buttons 1-31 (including gaming mice), scroll wheel, and keyboard keys
- Works on DandersFrames, Blizzard frames, on-hover, and target casting
- Smart resurrection support that automatically uses the appropriate res spell
- Dedicated "BINDS" tab in the options panel for easy configuration
Import/Export Improvements
- Completely rewritten import/export system using modern compression
- Selective category export - choose exactly what settings to include (position, layout, bars, auras, text, icons, etc.)
- Choose to export Party settings, Raid settings, or both
- Custom profile naming for exports
- Backwards compatible with old export strings
Background Textures
- Added texture options for health bar backgrounds
- Choose from various textures including gradients and stripes
- "Solid (No Texture)" option for classic solid color backgrounds
- Textures work correctly with class colors and custom colors
Improvements
- Increased maximum frame width from 200 to 300
- Increased maximum frame height from 100 to 300
- Added "Auras Alpha" slider for dead/offline players - control how visible auras are on dead units separately from other elements
Bug Fixes
- Fixed out of range fading not applying correctly to dead players
- Fixed range fade interacting incorrectly with dead fade when using element-specific alpha mode
