Damage Meter Skins

• Four skins for the built-in damage meter: Blizzard (Default), The War Within, Midnight (Void) and Midnight (Light).
• Tints for the header, window background, bar backgrounds and icon rings.
• Bar colour: Blizzard's class colours (from Edit Mode) or one custom colour.
• Bar textures and fonts, including ones from other addons (SharedMedia).
• Round icons with a gold ring.
• Text style, shadow, sizes and colours for the header, names and numbers.
• Per-window settings, or one look shared by every window.
• Options page with a live preview, plus a minimap button with a quick menu.
• Commands: /dms, /dms options, /dms skin, /dms meter, /dms minimap, /dms refresh, /dms reset.
