# Description — ENGLISH

**DailyClassicQuests** turns every day in Azeroth into a fresh adventure. It is built **exclusively for Hardcore realms** — on any non-Hardcore realm the book stays shut.

Each day you receive **7 level-appropriate tasks** and choose **3** to pursue. Complete them and a red wax seal is crushed shut. Your score is shared **across your faction on the realm** (Alliance and Horde ranked separately) on a live leaderboard.

## Features

- **Hardcore only.** Checked at every login — the addon stays locked on non-Hardcore realms.

- **7 task types**, all level-scaled so they are always doable for your character:

- **Visit** a landmark, **Explore** a zone, **Reach** a level, **Gather** (profession-aware), **Slay** creatures, defeat a **Boss** (epic), or travel to a **City**.

- **Smart, character-aware tasks.** It reads your **professions and skill level**, so you only get gathering tasks you can actually do — no "mine Thorium" with Mining 1.

- **Points by risk.** Visiting 2 · Exploring/Gathering 3 · Reaching a level / City 5 · Slaying 8–12 · **Boss 20**.

- **65 bosses** across every classic dungeon, scaled to your level, worth big points.

- **Fully localized (German & English).** Zone, item and creature names appear in your client language; everything else falls back to English.

- **Daily streak & stats.** Keep your streak alive, track tasks completed and bosses defeated in the Chronicle.

- **Faction leaderboard**, synced realm-wide between addon users (best-effort, client-side).

- **Immersive book UI** on hand-made parchment, with a draggable minimap button.

- **Fixed daily reset at 04:00 server time.**

## How it works

Open the book with **/dcq**. Pick 3 of the 7 tasks (wax-seal them), then go play — progress is tracked automatically through the game (kills, loot, zones, levels). At 04:00 server time a new set is drawn.

**DailyClassicQuests** macht aus jedem Tag in Azeroth ein neues Abenteuer. Das Addon ist **ausschließlich für Hardcore-Realms** gebaut — auf jedem Nicht-Hardcore-Realm bleibt das Buch geschlossen.

Jeden Tag bekommst du **7 level-passende Aufgaben** und wählst **3** davon aus. Erledigst du eine, wird ein rotes Wachssiegel zerdrückt. Deine Punkte werden **realmweit je Fraktion** geteilt (Allianz und Horde getrennt) und auf einer Live-Rangliste angezeigt.

## Funktionen

- **Nur Hardcore.** Wird bei jedem Login geprüft — auf Nicht-HC-Realms bleibt das Addon verschlossen.

- **7 Aufgabentypen**, alle level-skaliert und immer machbar für deinen Charakter:

- **Ort besuchen**, **Zone erkunden**, **Stufe erreichen**, **Sammeln** (berufsabhängig), **Kreaturen erlegen**, **Boss** bezwingen (episch) oder in eine **Stadt** reisen.

- **Charaktergerechte Aufgaben.** Das Addon liest deine **Berufe und deinen Skill-Level** — du bekommst nur Sammel-Aufgaben, die du wirklich kannst (kein „Thorium abbauen" mit Bergbau 1).

- **Punkte nach Risiko.** Besuchen 2 · Erkunden/Sammeln 3 · Stufe/Stadt 5 · Töten 8–12 · **Boss 20**.

- **65 Bosse** aus allen Classic-Dungeons, passend zu deinem Level, mit fetter Punktzahl.

- **Voll lokalisiert (Deutsch & Englisch).** Zonen-, Item- und Kreaturnamen erscheinen in deiner Client-Sprache.

- **Tages-Serie & Statistiken.** Halte deine Serie am Leben; erledigte Aufgaben und bezwungene Bosse stehen in der Chronik.

- **Fraktions-Rangliste**, realmweit zwischen Addon-Nutzern synchronisiert (best effort, client-seitig).

- **Immersives Buch-Design** auf handgemachtem Pergament, mit beweglichem Minimap-Button.
