Added: Language Toggle Buttons

  • Added a toggle button on QuestFrame (top-right corner) to switch between Czech translation and English original text
  • Added a toggle button on GossipFrame (top-right corner) to switch NPC greeting/gossip text between Czech and English
  • Quest button displays current quest ID and active language: Q3087 [CZ] / Q3087 [EN]
  • Gossip button displays: NPC [CZ] / NPC [EN]
  • Buttons automatically show/hide with their respective frames
  • Toggle state resets to Czech (translated) on each new quest or NPC interaction
