Browse, search and edit every CVAR, lock settings so graphics presets can't overwrite them, and see what each one does with Shift-hover tooltips
What's new
- shift-hover descriptions for all the new/changed cvars from the 1.60.1.70425 update (bloom intensity, auto attack/auto shot, the new combat text options)
- compute effects description updated for the new low/fair names
- print changes in chat: fixed addon changes sometimes showing as (game/preset/server)
- print changes in chat: an addon setting a cvar and instantly setting it back doesnt spam you anymore
