• v1.1.0: ready-check alert when a surge goes live + group announce option
  Audio alert (default on) plays SOUNDKIT.READY_CHECK on the Master channel
  the moment a surge activates, deduped by event key so scheduler refreshes
  can't re-fire it. Announce target setting: zone chat (default) or group,
  which resolves to instance/raid/party chat by what the player is in and
  falls back to zone with a note when solo. Settings via right-click menu
  on the panel (MenuUtil) and /surge sound on|off, /surge announce
  zone|group.
