Description
CursedSurges is a small tracker for Cursed Surge events on the Coiled Isle (Midnight, patch 12.1). It reads the game's own event schedule (the world map's Events tab) and shows a compact panel that is always current.
Features:
- Countdown to the next surge, and an Active timer while one is running. A surge is treated as over about 5 minutes after it starts, because if you weren't there at the start, it's done.
- Next surge preview by name while one is active.
- Waypoint button: drops a map pin (and a TomTom waypoint if TomTom is installed) at the surge's fixed location. Works for upcoming surges too.
- Announce button: posts the surge, its coordinates, and a clickable map pin link to zone chat.
All five surges and their locations are built in (Mlurkkr Massacre, Siege at the Whispering Marsch, The Malformed Leviathan, The Broodmother's Nest, The Looming Mutagenior), and the addon self-corrects from live event data, so nothing needs manual updates.
Commands: /surge (toggle), /surge lock, /surge unlock, /surge reset, /surge refresh, /surge debug.
