CtrlRelease

CtrlRelease prevents accidental Release Spirit clicks after death. It locks the button when you die and requires pressing CTRL once to unlock it. After resurrection, it resets automatically for your next death.

- Fixed a bug where receiving a resurrection or mass resurrection could keep the Release Spirit button hidden and prevent CTRL from unlocking it.
- RESURRECT_REQUEST no longer resets the addon while the player is still dead/ghosted.
- The addon now resets only after the player is actually alive or no longer ghosted.
- Improved resurrection and ghost state handling.
