• Added partial dungeon support using a new internal countdown system.
• CCHelper now automatically switches to a reliable cast-based timer in dungeons and other instanced content for compatibility with WoW 12.x API restrictions.
• Pandemic refreshes are now supported in dungeon mode for smoother CC tracking, however early break detection is currently unable to be tracked.
• Outside of dungeons, the addon continues to use aura-based tracking, including early break detection and accurate expiration timing.
