changed panel click logic from mouseover targeting to stored critter name targeting
replaced /target mouseover style behavior with /targetexact <critter name> macro
added secure button macro attributes to the panel frames so they behave as SecureActionButtons in TBC
added RegisterForClicks("AnyUp","AnyDown") so clicks fire correctly in older client builds
added explicit left-click macro attribute so both default click paths trigger the targeting macro
added critter name capture when mouseover occurs so the panel stores the correct name before the cursor leaves the unit
ensured both popup panel and mouseover panel use the same secure click macro system
removed reliance on the active mouseover unit at click time (TBC loses the mouseover when cursor moves to the panel)
no other addon logic, layout, slash commands, or panel behavior changed
