    EasyMenu/UIDropDownMenuTemplate were removed in retail 11.0; spell row
    frames were missing BackdropTemplate. Added ShowContextMenu helper
    (MenuUtil on retail, EasyMenu on Classic/TBC/Wrath) and an
    OpenCritMaticSettings helper (Settings.OpenToCategory with legacy
    fallback). spellFrame now uses BackdropTemplate for hover highlight.
