See cooldowns and ready-to-cast status for your ConsolePort trigger layers (LT, RT, LT+RT) without holding the trigger.

- HUD showing ConsolePort LT / RT / LT+RT face-button layers without holding the trigger
- Round icons with cooldown sweep, countdown, ready pop + glow, and can't-cast tint
- Ignores the global cooldown; dims the layer you're holding; fades out of combat
- Hover tooltips, ghost/hidden empty slots, /cpcd commands for position, scale and toggles
- Midnight (12.x) combat-safe: reads bindings only, never modifies Blizzard or ConsolePort frames
