Cooldown Master

1.11.0 (2026-08-18) — Five languages, all the way through

New Features

• Cooldown Master is now fully translated in all five languages. French, Russian and Korean went from covering only the phrases shared with my other addons to covering the whole addon, and Traditional Chinese went from a third of it to all of it. Every options label, tooltip, message and popup now reads in your client's language. Written in-house with each translator's permission and in their own style, then reviewed end to end.
• The tag help now translates. The panel you get when you hover a Text or Label Text box — the one listing [cd.name], [cd.next] and the rest — was English for everyone. It was the largest block of untranslated text left in the addon.

A note on the translations

I am not able to test these in a non-English client — I do not have the other languages installed. Everything passes the automated checks (format specifiers, colour codes, key coverage, cross-references), but those cannot catch a label that runs off its button or a tooltip that sends you to a setting you cannot find.

So if you see anything off, please tell me and I will fix it. The Discord button on the addon's About tab, the comments on the CurseForge page, or a GitHub issue all reach me. Corrections from native speakers are very welcome — a screenshot and the language is plenty to go on.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed the Default Lane dropdown in Filters falling back to English. It was built with translated lane names and then quietly overwritten with hardcoded English ones every time the list refreshed, so on any translated client it reverted the moment you toggled a lane.
• The Edit button on each custom cooldown, and the message shown when a profile export fails, were hardcoded English. Both translate now.
• The icon nudge slider on the Lanes and Ready tabs shared a name with the Offset stacking style, so one word had to serve as both an adjective and a noun. It has its own name now and reads correctly in every language.
• Corrected three Simplified Chinese tooltips that pointed you at controls using words those controls do not use, so following the instructions led nowhere.

Improvements

• Swept every language for tooltips naming a setting differently from that setting's own label, for two different settings ending up with the same name on one panel, and for text overflowing its button.
• Simplified Chinese had its machine-assisted first pass reviewed against the English throughout. Wording, terminology and punctuation are consistent with the human-translated phrases now, rather than sitting beside them in a different register.
