Cooldown Master

A timeline-style cooldown tracker: spells, items, and trinkets glide along customizable lanes toward a ready edge and pop the instant they're up. Deeply configurable, and built to complement Blizzard's Cooldown Manager

0.18.0 (2026-07-04) — GCD/Swing tracking, ready-icon cap, Classic fixes

New Features

  • GCD & Swing tracking on the lanes. Each lane can now show your global cooldown or main-hand swing timer as a recurring indicator — either a fill across the whole lane (Primary Tracking) or a small bar that slides along it (Secondary Tracking), configurable under Lanes > General with its own size, color, and direction. (Classic flavors; on retail this is handled by Blizzard's built-in Cooldown Manager.)
  • Max Ready Icons. Each ready box now caps how many ready icons show at once (Ready > General), so a burst of cooldowns coming off at the same time no longer floods the box. Newest readies take priority.
  • /cm shortcut. Every slash command now also works as /cm (e.g. /cm, /cm lock, /cm test) in addition to /cdmaster.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed the Filters list on Classic showing the same spell multiple times — for example Soul Reaper appearing three times on a Mists Death Knight — and listing off-spec abilities you can't use, like a Frost ability on a Blood Death Knight. The list now shows only what your current specialization can actually cast.

Improvements

  • Death Gate is now filed under the Utility filter instead of Spells on Classic.
  • Added hover tooltips to several options: Mode, Primary/Secondary Tracking, ST Height, Stack Style, Highlight Style, and the ready-box Anchor.
