CueTip - Cooldown Skin & Rotation Helper

• The border is only offered on a square icon.
• Icon crop is in the Cooldown Settings panel now, as a number field.
• Four more shapes: Moon, Star, Leaf and Skull, alongside Paw. Eleven in total.
• The docked panel's sections collapse, in the style 12.1 uses, and start closed. Which ones you open is remembered.
• The highlight colour is now labelled Tint, which is what it does. It multiplies Blizzard's own art rather than replacing it
• The suggestion icon's tab now hangs under whichever of Blizzard's tabs is last, read from the list they build rather than by name. 12.1 adds a third tab
• Control over Blizzard's three highlight animations. Each can be left alone, hidden, or tinted:
  • Cooldown flash — the flash over an icon the moment its cooldown comes up. Its speed is settable too; 0 keeps Blizzard's 0.75s.
  • Proc glow — the glow that pulses when an ability procs.
  • Assistant glow — the highlight the game puts on your action bar button for the recommended spell. That one is on the bars, not on a cooldown row.
• LibSharedMedia fonts. A Font dropdown on every surface, applied to the countdown numbers and the keybind. CueTip ships no fonts — this is whatever your other addons have registered, so the dropdown only appears if something has loaded LibSharedMedia.
• Masque support for the suggestion icon. Turn on Let Masque skin it and the icon is skinned by whatever your action bars use, so it matches them. Off by default, and the setting only appears if you actually have Masque.
  • Bartender4, Dominos and most other bar addons skin through Masque, so this covers them too. ElvUI has its own skinning engine and no way to ask it to skin a frame it doesn't own, so ElvUI users get CueTip's own look.
