v1.0.3 - Fix hotkey detection for default Blizzard action bars

Replaced hardcoded slot→binding table with dynamic frame-based discovery.
Queries actual button frames at runtime to determine slot↔keybind mapping.
Works correctly for default Blizzard bars, ElvUI, and other bar addons.
Expanded scan range from 120 to 180 for MultiBar5-8.
