* adding wand to the ranged swing timer
* SoD - fixed how some cooldowns are tracked such as Drain Life with Master Channeler rune
* new feature for allowing an aura check to ignore who the owner of the aura is, simply prefix your aura name with ~ and the check will not care if you own the aura or not (helpful for buffs like Battle Shout or other shared auras like Hunter's Mark)

* address a nil exception for spells that come from talents in retail
