Silithus's Cenarion Hold uses the redrawn map's piece

The redrawn Silithus map has no Cenarion Hold piece; the one at its spot
sits a pixel off and is named Twilight Base Camp, so it was neither
matched by area nor by exact offset. Cenarion Hold kept the old art the
client never reports uncovered (stuck at 7 / 8), and the new piece became
an extra map-only area. Pieces now match within 2 px (and, to be taken as
the node's art, the same size), in one live_overlay shared by build_data
and build_areas. Only Silithus changes: 555 areas.

The arrow and line cut corners to the next bend in reach

Aiming from the nearest point on the path sent a player who had cut a
corner back to the bend behind them. The arrow now heads straight for the
furthest bend within 120 yards that can be walked to directly (no wall,
zone line, ledge climbed, terrain step refused), never past a portal or
boat; the drawn line follows the same shortcut.
