    Hold the route still while in flight

    On a taxi (ns.InFlight) progress doesn't replan, Steer looks for no
    paths, the route's lines keep their takeoff shape, the minimap button
    holds, and the arrow says where you're flying; landing replans as before.

    Remove the Stop at new flight masters option

    The zone's unlearned flight masters are always route stops now; the
    option, /cf flightpoints and the saved db.learnFlights go.

    Zones on the way: a route to another zone clears the zones between first

    With db.onTheWay (Options, Routes; /cf ontheway), the player's own route
    to another zone of the continent becomes a trip (ns.trip): every zone
    with areas left whose outlines the straight line from here to the
    target's nearest area crosses, in the order reached, each with its own
    zone route, then the target as picked. A finished zone starts the next;
    StopRoute ends the trip.
