Localization update
- Added full Simplified Chinese localization.
- Added full Russian localization.
- Chinese and Russian are automatically selected when the matching WoW client language is used.
- Traditional Chinese WoW clients currently use Simplified Chinese as the automatic Chinese fallback.
- Expanded the in-addon language menu for the new language options.
- Existing English, German, French, Italian and Spanish localizations remain fully supported.
- Existing SavedVariables and manual language preferences remain compatible.
