Cleanup & Maintenance

Minimap Button: Removed the Right-Click functionality (Toggle On/Off) as it was redundant.

Tooltip: Cleaned up the minimap tooltip by removing the "Right-Click" instruction.

Internal Logic: Removed the obsolete enabled variable from the database and code. The addon is now permanently active.
