For WoW Forever 1.60.1 (build 70450).

• Integrated player/target cast rows with shaded fill, readable text, gray idle state and corrected native effect layering.
• Totem attachment and compact aura-time fixes.
• Fixed quest-text spacing: aura/combo rows grow above the quest block. Middle-click supports mobs, nameplates and target-frame descendants with native input and combat/Shift guards preserved.
• Manual inventory items close gaps while preserving relative order; free slots follow content.
• Trainer load-before-build and bounded quest/gossip startup recovery.
• Full CLOX bag-bar position recovery and clipping, plus hidden bag-button visibility protection. Existing settings and positions remain unchanged.
• Experimental current-herb overlay for minimap/world map, limited to native Find Herbs range; world-map positions are approximate. Known issue: plant/herb markers are reported missing. Investigation and dedicated map-filter integration will follow in BETA; this Public build does not claim the issue is resolved.
• Route-selection and targeted native-UI safety fixes.

Automated source, upgrade, public namespace, asset and package checks passed. Latest changes have not been independently verified in game. Public and BETA settings remain separate. Preserve existing WTF files; do not enable Public and BETA together. Full history and data/license notices are included.
