Fixed

• Fix a Lua issue with tooltips on enemies [#287]
• Fix the default unit menu right click not working [#288]

This is a temporary workaround and introduces some new issues:

• In Burning Crusade Anniversay, a sound effect plays that sounds like you're opening the escape menu every time you cast a spell
• Pressing and holding down a button will cast it both on the down press, and on the up press

• Due to addon changes in Midnight, ability tooltips on enemies will no longer show in instances
