Bump Interface to 120105 for WoW patch 12.1.5

Addon code was scanned against the 12.1.5 API changes; no removed or
re-signatured API is used, so only the TOC Interface version needed
updating.

    chore(toc): bump Interface to 120105 for patch 12.1.5

    Reviewed against the 12.1.5 API changes: AddDispelTypeTexture's new
    no-index return value is not relied upon (pcall takes only the boolean),
    and no animation triggers are registered, so the new forbidden aspects
    do not apply. HasActiveDebuff three-state logic re-verified; offline
    test 8/8 passing with the revert-variant correctly failing.
