• Fixed the Review Inbox empty-state action extending beyond its card and intersecting the panel border.
• Added conservative garbage collection for equivalent generated and user-feedback rules, including existing saved duplicates during initialization and duplicate prevention when learning new rules or candidates.
• Preserved accumulated hits, evidence, corrections, confidence, activation state, and relevant timestamps when equivalent learned rules are consolidated; manual, seed, and disabled rules remain untouched.
• Fixed the Backup & Sharing placeholder remaining visible behind programmatically populated diagnostics, copy selections, and exports.
