Updated TOC version to 10.0.7
Implemented changes that allow the addon to work correctly with version 10.0.7 after the changes made by Blizzard
ClassicUI now resizes the original ActionBars frames when necessary to avoid an occasional issue that caused them to become oversized and fill the entire screen
Fixed the scaling of the ActionButtons, which was modified by Blizzard in the last patch
Fixed an error in SpellFlyoutButton handling
Fixed the position of HelpOpenWebTicketButton, which would eventually be repositioned in a wrong position
Fixed a bug in the ReputationBar that was not displaying the correct color based on the reputation level
