Fixed

• A talent's tooltip lost its name, rank and requirements a moment after it came up, leaving only the description. It keeps all of it, with the cast time and cooldown line in both its halves.
• The classic spellbook dims what cannot be cast during a fight only. Out of one every spell is drawn plainly, as the old book drew them: a druid's bear spells stood dimmed all the time for want of the form.
