ClassicUI Forever: Standalone Action Bars

First release: the action bars from ClassicUI Forever 0.40.3, on their own.

• The 1.x gryphon bar with its stone band, square buttons and the classic cast animation
• The micro menu and bag bar in their old sockets, with the key ring and latency bar
• Shaded XP and reputation bars
• The bag bar shown, hidden, on hover or backpack only, its art hidden and the bags closer together
