Hey, I love this addon! I have a question and it may come down to my misunderstanding what imminent vs. non-imminent means...
Is there any way to configure this addon to show heals by other players which are going to land before the heal I'm casting on a common target? Such as, showing the predicted heal bars for each in the order they will land?
Let's say you set the threshold to 1.5 sec. Then heals that not land within 1.5 sec of now are colored differently. Everything in the next 1.5 sec is "imminent". But there is no order. It would be an interesting feature: To see who heals which target and the order of heals, but the API of LibHealComm-4.0 would need to be extended in order to make that happen.

Thanks for the info! That's what I thought imminent meant but I still think I'm missing something. If my threshold is set to 1.5 seconds and I start 3 second cast, should I see the color of my heal change from the non-imminent to the imminent color I have it configured for after 1.5s or is my next cast always considered imminent? Right now I'm only seeing my imminent color for my 3 second cast in this scenario.
If I cast a HoT, I see the next tick is colored imminent and the remaining ticks for that heal are colored non-imminent.
The threshold is only for healing of others. Your next heal regardless of cast time and next HoT tick is always "imminent". Otherwise (at least of direct heals) it would be pretty confusing, I think.
Hey, would it be possible to get an option to disable predictions for our own heals and only show the heals of others? ive tried changing the colours of my own heals to black but it would be better to disable entirely.
Change the opacity of the colors of your own healing to zero; this should disable your own heal prediction entirely.
Hi
I'm using this addon well, but a problem has been occurred..
As you know, Zulgurub has been released. I can not see heal prediction from other player when I'm in Zulgurub . Incoming healing from me can be seen as it expects. Everything is okay when I'm in BWL or MC. This problem is being occurred just in Zulgurub.
Please help me : (
Probably related to LibHealComm-4.0, but I will look into it.
I had the issue with the overflow on the playerframes in the past.
I noticed pretty much the same issue with the Party/Raid-Frames.
When I disable the overflow settings it will still show the overflow texture across the border/texture-frames.

You have ClassicInstantHealth enabled, I assume. Noticed that problem early today as well. It should be fixed in the new release; at least for the raid frames.

Yes I thought they go well together. Isnt it supposed to be used with other Healing addons who use LibHealComm4.0?
ClassicInstantHealth should be compatible with ClassicHealPrediction; not sure about HealCommClassic at the moment. If ClassicInstantHealth is loaded before HealCommClassic, it should be okay as well, I think.
I love the added functionality this addon provides over the base healcomm lib, but it seems like it only works with the default blizzard frames. I use luna unit frames and was wondering if it is possible to replace its built in heal prediction with your library.
You would need to contact the devs of luna unit frames. This addon is just for the blizzard raid frames.

Thanks for the quick response. I was hoping it would be possible to add an option for which frames to anchor the prediction to similar to weak auras, then just deactivate the heal prediction in luna. I'll contact them.
The Timeframe for how many seconds it predict into the future (heal-texture) is pretty low (about 3 sec maybe 4). Is it possbile to take this higher? With Healcom you can set this to about 20 secs and the default is 6 secs. Its just a bit weird with bigger/slower casts when u got slowed down by a debuff or adds.
Did you try the option "Set threshold for imminent healing to .. "?
In reply to Forge_User_40093780:
yes but it doesnt effect it, at least not for my own heals
Your own (non-HoT) heals should be always shown completely, regardless of a debuff. Maybe it feels weird sometimes when you start casting a spell and get the debuff after that: then the heal prediction ends too early, I think. Or, when you start casting with the debuff and then get dispelled before the spell ends.

When I get hit (meele) by alot of adds/players it affects (slows down) my casttime which is pretty common in classic.
My faster heals (1,5secs) can go up to 3secs+ in some situations, then the heal-texture (frame) just disappeares before I even finished the cast.
I did a few screens where you can see the frame and after the slow/hits when it disappeares (with the time on the bar - red).
It doesnt change anything when I change options, even to the maximum of 30 secs. It disappeares after about 3,X secs as you can see in the screens with bigger casts (default: 2,5secs).
I also tried this several times with HealCommClassic and its working without any issues.
