1. A rework of how quest points are gained. Quests reward points for each level instead of a range of levels. Thus, the earlier you turn in your quest the more points you get. Overall, this leads to more Quest points.  

When you turn in a quest it figures out how high/low the quest is to your level. Then it takes the XP you get from the quest reward and multiplies it by the multiplier.

For example. If you turn in a quest that is 1 level above your level and the amount of XP gained from the quest is 500 you can calculate the score like this. 500 * 0.0023 or 1.15 points. In the previous calculation, you would have only gotten 1.00 points. So in the new system for this quest, you got a 15% increase.
