Huge new release with a ton of new features and fixes

• Adresses the issue with inspection (it is now by default only enabled in raid groups and from promoted raid members). This can be changed in addon settings
• Shows loot status for corpses in the tooltip
• Shows loot contents of the corpses (if known - follows the loot threshold for the group)
• Fixes an issue where inspection would throw an error sometimes, and work right after
• Added quantity column to inspection results
• Added version tracking
• Added proper frames for player/version tracking and item inspection
• Made it work outside master looter
