Classic Item Levels

Displays the item-level on item tool-tips. Sounds simple, because it is!
Seems like this feature only exists in big addons, here's a simple lightweight display for those of us not wanting all that bloat just to see itemlevels. .lua file is <4KB

Commands

/ilvl 'on/off' will toggle the display of itemllevels completely
/ilvl equip 'on/off' will toggle if the itemlevel should only be shown for equippable items (on by default)
/ilvl colors 'on/off' will toggle if the itemlevel is colored with the item rarity, or simply be white (on by default)
