Classic Item Borders

Displays itemlevels and adds a colored border to items.

This is another feature that seem to only exist in big, bloated addons like bagnon, that many people (like me) don't want to use. I did see one for borders, but it hasn't been updated for years, and doesn't have itemlevels

Colored Borders
Items of Uncommon quality and higher gets a border with their rarity color. I've modified the colors to be less bright to make it fit better into the default character UI
Quest items get a yellow border

Item Levels
Equipment items (Armor & Weapons) show their itemlevels centered on the item.
I used a small font so you can still see the item, and i chose to keep this text white, as it could be hard to read with the rarity color on the text

Performance
While i try to keep the filesize down, I also take care of performance. There's no bloat and nothing that runs constantly. This addon is currently <6KB and only listens to the PLAYER_LOGIN and the PLAYER_EQUIPMENT_CHANGED events

Commands

/iborder ilvl 'on/off' will toggle the display of itemlevels
/iborder border 'on/off' will toggle display of the colored borders
/border 'on/off' will toggle both. If turned off, it will block all functions from doing anything
