First public CurseForge release of ChatItemCount.

• Show item counts when hovering over item links in chat and in item tooltips.
• Configure bags, personal bank, saved characters and warband bank independently; all options default to enabled on first installation.
• Validate both bank tab ownership and container IDs before saving a scan, keeping personal bank and warband bank separate.
• Clear old personal bank snapshots once on upgrade; open each character's bank to scan again.
• Save character inventories and count the shared warband bank once.
• Always label the sum Total / Всего; mark unknown storage as not scanned.
• Color character names by class.
• Use Russian labels on Russian clients and English labels on other clients.
• Reuse existing item tooltips and support chat hover handlers that bypass Blizzard's chat events.
• Preserve saved bank data when a bank scan is unavailable or incomplete.
• Keep the tooltip compact, without the repeated bank-scan footer.
• Add original project artwork and publication metadata for nekiqproduction.

Compatibility target: World of Warcraft Retail 12.1.0. No external addon dependencies.
