• A settings panel, no slash commands needed. Left-click the minimap button (or type /ct panel, or bind a key under Key Bindings > AddOns > Chat-Translator) and a small window opens: your language as ten tiles (nine languages and Auto, one click picks one and the panel switches to that language), two big switches for "Send in English" and "Line under English chat", and under "More": sharing your original with other Chat-Translator users, the nine chats, the chat-box indicator and the minimap button. Esc, the X or a second click on the minimap button closes it; drag it where you like.
• A power button in the panel header, next to the X: green while Chat-Translator is on, red while it is off, and one click switches it. Off means nothing is translated, no lines are added, the indicator is hidden and the minimap icon turns grey; the panel says "Off" under its title and stays usable, and every setting is kept. /ct on and /ct off do the same.
• Settings > AddOns > Chat-Translator in the game's own options opens the panel too.
• The quick switch for sending in English stays on the chat-box indicator and on /ct out.
• Clearer English. Each word now gets one meaning instead of two side by side ("politics", not "politics/policy"), chosen for what the word means in chat. Words that go wrong in WoW chat have their own meanings now: Russian СР is a soft reserve, not Wednesday; 本周 is "this week"; 취소 is "cancellation".
• Tidier lines. No more doubled words, no space before punctuation, prices like +30k and sizes like 5x5 stay as you wrote them, and whisper shortcuts no longer come out as "//w".
• Better lines under English chat in Korean, Chinese and Russian: small English words such as "the" and "to" no longer turn into odd words or gaps, and minutes and seconds read in your language.
• Long messages, optional: /ct split on puts the rest of a message that does not fit one chat line back into the chat box, so your next Enter sends it. It is off by default; without it a long line is cut with "...".
