Chat Hide Commands

Toggles the default bottom-left chat frame and/or the social button on and off using a slash command - /chattoggle /socialtoggle
Adds a /chattoggle command to the game to hide or show the default bottom-left chat area and a /socialtoggle command to hide or show the social / contacts (quick join) button.
When the chat is hidden, pressing enter once reactivates the chat input so the commands can be entered to show them again.
