Track A Champion's Tour: The War Within and your progress toward the Ruby-Eyed Stagshell battle pet.

Login alerts

When a tracked PvP world quest is detected, Champion's Tour Alert shows a popup, prints its name and zone in chat, and plays an optional sound. By default, it only alerts for achievement criteria you still need. It checks again as quest data loads and while you play.

Minimap progress

The standard LibDBIcon minimap button works with minimap managers and shows completed criteria out of eight. Hover to see every quest's progress, current availability, time remaining, and total progress out of 40 completions. Click to open the status window. Drag the icon to reposition it; its position is saved.

Completed criteria and 5/5 appear in green, 1–4/5 in yellow, and 0/5 in red. Unknown progress is grey. A green icon border means a tracked quest is available or the achievement is complete. A plus sign means some progress has not loaded, so the displayed total is a minimum.

Commands

• /cta — Open quest status and achievement progress.
• /cta check — Check again.
• /cta test — Preview the popup and sound using clearly labelled sample availability.
• /cta debug — Show the exact Blizzard API detection values for each quest.
• /cta sound — Toggle sound.
• /cta all — Toggle alerts for unfinished criteria only or all eight quests.
• /cta off — Disable automatic alerts.
• /cta on — Enable automatic alerts.
• /cta help — Show command help.

Requirements and visibility

For World of Warcraft Retail. No additional addons are required.

LibDBIcon, LibDataBroker, CallbackHandler and LibStub are bundled with their original source notices and applicable license texts.

These are PvP world quests. Enable War Mode and unlock the relevant world quests. Azj-Kahet quests may require a weekly pact and visiting the zone before the game exposes them to addons.

The addon can only report quest data available to your character. Not detected does not prove a quest is absent from the rotation. "/5" progress prefixed with a question mark means achievement progress is not yet available. Checks and popups are deferred during combat; the minimap tooltip shows the last checked status until combat ends.

Checks run with War Mode on or off, but hidden PvP world quests cannot be confirmed while War Mode is off. If Blizzard does report a quest, the addon can alert you to enable War Mode. Achievement progress remains visible in either mode.

Settings are shared across characters. Alerts are shown once per detected quest rotation within a login session; logging in again or reloading the UI can alert again.

Initial release status

Targets Retail 12.1.0. Automated tests load the bundled libraries and cover the decision rules and simulated WoW event flow. The updated minimap integration and live server visibility still need in-game verification.
