  • fix: shift ProfessionsCustomerOrdersFrame with the left-panel pass (#11)
    The crafting orders window registers via RegisterUIPanel with area =
    "doublewide", so the UIPanelWindows left/right scan never sees it and it
    stayed pinned to the physical screen edge. Treat it as an extra left
    panel like AchievementFrame (also doublewide).
