Correctly centers Blizzard's red flashing indicator for Auto Attack, Shoot and Auto Shot in Classic Era.
Centered Action Flash is a tiny WoW Classic Era addon that fixes the positioning of Blizzard's red pulsing action-button highlight used by auto-repeat abilities.
In Classic Era, the red flash shown while abilities such as Auto Attack, Shoot/Wand, and Auto Shot are active is slightly offset from the action button.
Centered Action Flash corrects its anchor so the flash is centered around the action button.
