Styled colour picker

• The colour picker now matches the options window instead of opening Blizzard's default one. Same dark canvas, hairline borders and coral accent, with an editable hex field and a live opacity readout.

• Only the chrome is custom. The wheel, value bar and alpha bar are still rendered by the game client, so colour selection behaves exactly as it always has.

• Blizzard's shared colour picker is left untouched. Skinning it would have been less work, but that frame is shared across the whole UI — every other addon that opens a colour picker would have inherited this addon's styling. That is not a decision one addon should make for the rest of your interface.

• Closing the options window now also closes the colour picker, which float outside it.
