Update for 6.0. Fix table of channeling spells. Fix return values from GetSpellInfo. Fix spellbook lookup. Fix wrong cast time for reference spell (Heal) used in latency calculation. Fix dangling queuezone showing on certain channeling spells (Far Sight, Eye of Kilrog). Fix GCD spark (modified to use Water Shield instead of Frost Armor).
